On Sunday, it seemed that we picked the coldest day of the week to go out to the country for apple picking. It was indeed pretty chilly outside despite the sun...and that would only make the hot apple cider taste even better.
Of course we already knew what we were going to make with those apples and making "compote" was one of them. But this time, it was going to be Théo who would make it for us...
